These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Whisper mobile application (“App”), provided by TYD Group Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Whisper, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Whisper. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To access Whisper’s features, you must register using a Google account, Apple ID, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- Users receive 90 minutes of transcription usage for free.
- Continued use requires a monthly or yearly subscription.
- Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled.

You agree not to:
- Use Whisper for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Record or analyze conversations without consent where legally required.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse any part of the App.

- Audio is captured for live transcription and deleted after processing.
- Transcripts and metadata may be stored for features like conversation history.

All content, technology, and trademarks in Whisper are owned by TYD Group Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

Whisper is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the app. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
